Returns & Refunds policy

We're sorry to hear that your product didn't work out for you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for physical products if that product has been opened or used in any way, due to sanitation concerns. You may return any *eligible unopened products to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to exchange or refund them. Please note that if you are returning your product by mail, you will be responsible for the associated shipping costs. Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.

In order to process a return or refund, please contact us by e-mail at contact@butteryourself.com. Refunds take an average of 7-10 days to process once your return is received.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be *eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 7 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging, unopened and unused

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Ineligible for returns:

Products that are ineligible for returns include:

  • Products which have been opened or used in any way

  • Gift cards

  • Products purchased from other vendors or companies (i.e. products we did not create)

Returning products:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
